Great location just off the main street, plenty of breakfast choices, and helpful and informative staff.
Decor needs updating and lack of soundproofing, causing noise from the street to be heard at all times.

Central Location
No free parking available when we checked in and no refund when we were not able to arrive on Wednesday due to volcanic eruption in Iceland. Our flight could not fly until Thursday morn.

Good location
Tried to check in at 15:30 and even though check in is supposed to be at 14:00 there were no clean rooms available and the employee at the check in was not even vaguely apologetic and treated me as if I was being unreasonable for wanting to check in as I arrived. I was kept waiting for over half an hour and the room still wasn't ready and I had to leave for an appointment so I didn't even get to take my bag up and freshen up. Any time I needed to do anything at the desk including checking out and collecting my bag it was at least a 20 minute wait as there was never more than 1 person behind the desk even though it was a busy weekend. The hotel needs maintenance as the carpets are threadbare in spots and the bathroom had mold around the taps and overflow plug. Definitely not an experience I had expected from a 4 star hotel I was very dissapointed.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but this was a minor detail when you consider all the other great aspects of this hotel. we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is centrally located. Bars/pubs/restos were all within a walking distance. We were lucky to get a room as soon as we arrived early in the morning. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Oh, i liked the TV programs in as much as i stayed inside.
Breakfast is rather expensive given that in town you could find cheaper places. It is regrettable that wireless connection is not offered free of charge. And, one concierge was not very knowledgeable about things we asked. I wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, even though it had all the essentials.
